Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy ensures a hassle-free process with secure payment handling.If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, we’ve made it transparent for your convenience.
Refunds:
- Once an order is placed, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
- If Happy Belly Bakes must cancel an order for any reason, the customer will be notified via call or email with the reason for the cancellation.
- Any payments made will be automatically refunded to the original payment method, as per the terms set by the respective payment provider.
- Refunds will be handled via our payment partners and will be processed within 3-5 working days, subject to the partners’ terms and policies.

- Any modification request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery and is subject to product availability. If no modification request is received within this timeframe, the order will be processed as originally placed.
- If a modification is requested, the customer shall bear any additional costs associated with the requested changes.
- Happy Belly Bakes reserves the right to refuse any order or modification at its sole discretion. The company may limit, modify, or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Restrictions may apply to:
- Orders or modifications placed under the same customer account.
- Orders using the same credit card.
- Orders using the same billing or shipping address.
- If an order or modification is refused or changed, we may attempt to notify the customer via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of ordering. Customers are responsible for ensuring their account details are accurate and up to date.
- Order modifications depend on the availability of products, services, service providers, or other necessary items required to fulfill the revised request.
Payment Processing:
We work with two third-party payment fulfillment service providers (“Payments Partner”) to facilitate and fulfill the payments through the website. Customers can choose their preferred payment partner and we also accept international cards.
